My client, a UK-based digital mortgage brokerage the largest platform in Europe specializing in cross-border mortgages is expanding into the UAE and looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their growing team in Dubai. About the Company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise clients including expats and international buyers on residential mortgage options in the UAE.
Manage the full mortgage lifecycle: qualification, application, documentation, and closing.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and property developers.
Deliver exceptional client service with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
Collaborate with UK and EU teams to handle cross-border mortgage cases
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor/Broker in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai mortgage market and local lending landscape.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
RERA certification or a relevant UAE qualification is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
